摘 要: | 目的是评价螺旋CT表面锐化技术对骨折的诊断价值。方法为30例有创伤病史的患者,在螺旋CT平扫基础上,利用表面锐化技术(FKF)重建图像。结果是30个病例中发现53处骨折。检出率方面,无移位时平扫为56%、FKF为100%,骨折微小时平扫为21%、FKF为100%。结论螺旋CT表面锐化技术可以明显提高骨创伤诊断的敏感性和特异性。

Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnosic value of face-keen-functions(FKF) spiral CT in diagnosis of bone fracture.Methods To rebuild the image by FKF for 30 cases of patients with a history of traumatic on the basis of spiral CT scan.Results 30 cases found in 53 fractures.Detection rate,When no shift:Plain is 56%,FKF is 100%.When micro-fracture:Plain is 21%,FKF is 100%.Conclusion Spiral CT surface sharpening techniques can significantly improve the diagnosis of bone trauma sensitivity and specificity of. |
