中西医结合治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的疗效。方法:将46例患者随机分为2组,对照组21例用西医保守治疗,治疗组25例用中西医结合治疗:西医保守治疗+中药汤剂。结果:对照组治愈19例,治愈率为90.5%。平均治愈时间为20.5 d;治疗组治愈24例,治愈率为96.0%,平均治愈时间为11.6 d,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻可缩短住院时间,疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Early Postoperative Inflammatory Bowel Obstruction

Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy integrated Chinese and Western medicine on early post- operative inflammatory bowel obstruction.Methods 46 cases of early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction were divided randomly into 2 groups:The treatment group(n=25)was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and the con- trol group(n=21)was treated with Western medicine.Results In control group,19 cases were cured in the mean period of 20.5 days through Western medicine treatment.In treatment group,24 cases were cured in the mean period of 11.6 days through integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The average hospitalization time in treatment had a significant difference compared with the control group.Conclusion The integrated Chinese and Wostern medicine Treating early postoper- ative inflammatory bowel obstruction may shorten hospital stay,is effectively treatment in early postoperative inflammatory bow- el obstruction.
