| 摘 要： | 观察￣１９２Ｉｒ腔内近距离放疗在治疗肺癌中的作用。方法１２例中、晚期原发性肺癌应用后装高剂量率￣１９２Ｉｒ内照射配合外照射治疗。结果完全缓解３倒，部分缓解７例，无效２例，有效率８３．３％（１０／１２）。结论此种放疗技术对于并发阻塞性肺炎、肺不张的非小细胞肺癌疗效明显，能提高中、晚期肺癌的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observed the ues of iridum-192 endobronchial brachytherapy in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods 12 cases of moderate and advanced primary lung cancer were treated by high dose rate 192Ir afterloading endobronchial irridiation combined with out irridiation. Results 3 cases were CR, 7 cases PR and 2 cases NR. The effection rate was 83. 3% (10/12). Conclusion The method of radiotherapy used in this report was obviously effective to non-small cell lung cancer with obstructive pneumonia or atelectasis and it could improve the survival quality of patient with moderate and advanced lung Cancer. |
