| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前列腺素E合酶（mPGES）和环氧合酶（COX-2）与反流性食管炎（reflux esophagifis，RE）的关系。方法对胃镜诊断的42例反流性食管炎患者，按洛杉矶分类标准，分别应用放射免疫和免疫组化方法检测食管组织中前列腺素（PG）E2的含量和mPGES及COX-2的表达，光镜下观察食管组织的形态学改变。结果食管炎组PGE2含量显著增高（P〈0．001），COX-2及mPGES-1蛋白表达明显高于对照组。结论随食管炎症程度的加重mPGES-1和COX-2表达率增加，且伴有PGE2的含量明显增多。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between prostagland E （mPGES）, Cycloxygenase-2 （cox-2） and reflux esophagitis （RE）. Methods 42 patients with reflux esophagetis, confirmed by endoscopy which was graded by Los Angeles standard were enrolled into this study. Radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry were applied into detecting prostagland （PG）E2, mPGES and cox-2. Esophageal tissue was underwent light microscopic examination. Results PGE2 content was significantly higher in patients with esophagitits （P〈0.001）. Expressio of cox-2 and mPGES were also enhanced. Conclusions Expression of mPGES and cox-2 were paralleled with degree of esophageal inflammation, and content of PGE2 significantly increased. |
