人工晶体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎观察分析

目的：探讨白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎发生、发展、治疗效果及可能的发病机制。方法：回顾性分析43例人工晶体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的临床资料和随访结果。结果：人工晶体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的本组发病率为2.82％，发病时间平均为术后32d，糖尿病、风湿性关节炎患者发病率较高。结论：人工晶体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎是此类手术后较为严重的疾病，必须及时处理，其发病机理可能是免疫复合物介导的变态反应。

Analysis of Delayed Uveitir after Extracapsular Cataract Extraction with Posterior Chamber Intraocular Lens Implantation

Objective:To study the pathogenesis,devlopment and the treatment of delayed uveitis after the extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Method: After intraocular lens implantation,the clinical data and results with regard to delayed uveitis of 43 cases were analyzed. Results: The incidence of the delayed uveitis after IOL implantation was 2.82% The time period to the onset of uveitis was 32 days to 1 year after the early inflammatory reaction disappeared. Patients with diabetes and rheumatism had a higher incidence accounting for 26% and 19% of the total cases respectively. All patients were treated with corticosteroid locally and systemically. The inflammatory reaction of the eye disappeared within 2 weeks. Conclusion: Delayed uveitis after IOL implantation is considered as severe disease,which requires instant addressing.The mechanism is probably the allergic reaction resulting from immune complex .The disease is sensitive to corticosteroid therapy.
