尼莫通对脑挫裂伤合并外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血的近期疗效

目的评价尼莫通对脑挫裂伤合并外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血病人的近期疗效。方法共73例病人，其中23例常规治疗，44例给予尼莫通治疗，所有病例随访3mo以上。结果轻症的脑挫裂伤合并外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血，尼莫通治疗组死亡率和致残率明显低于常规治疗组（u＝2．1092，P＜0．05），重症患者两种方法近期疗效未见明显差异。结论尼莫通对轻症脑挫裂伤合并外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血近期疗效显著。

Short-term therapeutic efficancy of Nimotop in patients with cerebral contusion complicating traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage

Objective To evaluate the short - term therapeatic efficacy of Nimotop in patients with cerebral contusion complicating trumatic subarahnoid hemorrhage. Methods Experience of 73 patients with cerebral contusion complicating trumatic subarchnoid hemorrhage treated in our hospital since 1998 were summarized. Among of them,29 cases were treated with routine and 44 cases with Nimotop. All the patients had been followed up more than 3 months. Results Compared with routine treatment grop,the mortality and disability rate in mild cases of cerebral contusion were significant reduction than that in the Nimotop treatment grop(u = 2. 1092, P<0.05). In the severe cases, there was no difference between the two therapies (u = 0.9066,P>0.05). Conclusion Nimotop has a definite short - term therapeatic efficany in diminishing mortality and cutting down the disability rate for slight cerebral contusion complicating trumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.
