参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效

目的:观察参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将78例慢性肾衰患者,随机分为①治疗组(加例),除给予常规治疗外,加用参芎葡萄糖注射液200 ml,ivd;②对照组38例,加用川芎嗪注射液80 mg,ivd,2周为1疗程。观察血尿素氮(BUN)和血清肌酐(SCr)的变化。结果:治疗后两组各项检测指标均有不同程度好转,BUN和SCr均显著下降(P<0.01),但治疗组BUN和SCr降低幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为87.5%,明显优于对照组73.7%(P<0.05)。结论:参芎葡萄糖注射液能延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展。

Clinical Observation of Shenxiong Glucose Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of shenxiong glucose injection in the treatment of chronic re- nal failure(CRF).Method:78 patients with CRF were divided into a treatment group(n=40)and a controlled gronp(n= 38).The treatment group received shenxiong glucose injection 200ml daily,14 days for one course of treatment.The con- trolled group received ligustrazine injection 80mg with 5% glucose.The changes of serum BUN and SCr were observed.Re- sult:The serum BUN and SCr were significantly decreased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.01)and the levels of BUN and SCr were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group and controlled group were 87.5% and 73.7% respectively.There was a statistical difference be- tween the two gronps(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenxiong glucose injection is effective in the treatment of CRF.
