摘    要:目的 :探讨肌酸 (creatine ,Cr)对气道反应的抑制作用。方法 :采用卵白蛋白致敏和吸入激发的方法制成豚鼠哮喘模型 (哮喘组 ) ;一部分致敏后的豚鼠激发前经口给予Cr(干预组 )。用比气道传导率 (specificairwayscon ductance ,sGaw)作为气道闭塞指标 ,气道反应强度用AUC(areaundertheresponsecurve)评价。激发后第 7h行支气管肺泡灌洗 ,对其灌洗液进行细胞计数。结果 :哮喘组和干预组在激发后均一过性出现sGaw值下降 ,AUC无明显差异。但哮喘组在致敏后 3h后再次出现sGaw值下降 ,哮喘组AUC显著地高于干预组 ;哮喘组灌洗液中的细胞总数和巨噬细胞 ,嗜酸性细胞数增高 ,而干预组显著性减少。结论 :Cr一定程度可以抑制气道炎症 ,并能抑制过敏反应豚鼠的迟发型气道反应

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of creatine on airway response. Methods: Guinea pig asthma model (asthma group) was established by sensitization and challenge with ovalbumin(OVA). Part of sensitized guinea pigs were interfered with creatine orally (creatine treated group) before challenge bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected after the last challenge and cells in BALF were counted. To estimate the obstruction of the airway,specific airway conductance (sGaw) was examined. The magnitudes of airway response were quantified by calculating the area under the response curve (AUC). Results: After challenge,both asthma group and creatine treated group showed a transient decrease in sGaw.A secondary decrease in sGaw was observed only in asthma group. Within 3 hours after challenge, no difference in AUC was seen between asthma group and creatine treated group. However,from 3 to 7 hours after challenge asthma group showed a higher AUC than creatine treated group. Asthma group showed significantly higher numbers of total cells,macrophages and eosinophils in BALF than creatine treated group. Conclusion: Creatine can inhibit inflammation of airway and improve late airway response in allergy the guinea pig.
