| 摘 要： | 目的：观察白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂（IL－1ra）与IL－1β对人牙周膜成纤维细胞（HPLF）骨钙素分泌的影响。方法：采用骨钙素放射免疫测定法。结果：经IL－1β单独作用的HPLF的骨钙素浓度与对照组相比有显著性差异，一定浓度的IL－1ra与IL－1β共同作用HPLF后，骨钙素浓度比单独IL－1β作用组的低，结论：IL－1ra能竞争性地抑制IL-1β的生物学活性，为进一步临床应用提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective This study was conducted to investigate the regulatedeffects of IL-1ra (interleukin-1 receptor antagonist,IL-1ra) on osteocalcin secretion of HPLF(Human Periodontal Ligamental Fibroblasts). Methods By using of radio immunoassay. Results The osteocalcin secretion of HPLF after treatment with IL-1β was much more than the control groups.When the HPLF were treated with the combination of IL-1ra and IL-1β,the osteocalcin secretion was lower than the group of only IL-1β. Conclusion IL-1ra can inhibits the binding of IL-1 to receptors and suppresses the biological action of IL-1. |
