| 摘 要： | 目的研究P,P'-DDE对离体培养大鼠睾丸支持细胞转铁蛋白表达的影响.方法对大鼠睾丸支持细胞离体原代培养,运用一步法RT-PCR检测给与P,P'-DDE后24 h支持细胞转铁蛋白mRNA水平.结果睾丸支持细胞转铁蛋白mRNA水平随P,P'-DDE所给剂量的增高而降低,且与对照组差异存在显著性(P＜0.05),呈剂量依赖关系.结论P,P'-DDE 可抑制睾丸支持细胞转铁蛋白的基因转录,从而抑制其合成,导致精子发生障碍和生殖功能紊乱.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of p,p'-DDE on transferrin expression in Sertoli cells of rat testis in vitro. Methods The effects of p,p'-DDE on expression of mRNA of transferrin gene in primary cultured Sertoli cells exposed to p,p'-DDE for 24 h was examined by one-step RT-PCR methods. Results The transferrin mRNA levels were decreased with the increases of p,p'-DDE concentration in Sertoli cell cultures,and there was a significant dose-effect relationship(P<0.05). Conclusion p,p'-DDE could inhibit the translation of transferrin in rat Sertoli cells cultured in vitro. |
