湿热环境对猫颅脑火器伤早期血脑屏障通透性的影响

摘    要:目的研究湿热环境对猫颅脑火器伤早期血脑屏障通透性的影响,为临床治疗提供实验依据。方法改良Carey法制作猫颅脑火器伤模型,24只成年猫分为正常对照组、单纯枪伤组、高温高湿组和湿热枪伤组,通过伊文氏蓝测定,定量评价血脑屏障损害程度。结果全部动物生命体征稳定,无死亡。高温高湿组通透性轻微增高,无统计学意义;单纯枪伤组引起血脑屏障损害;湿热枪伤组血脑屏障损害严重。结论湿热环境对颅脑火器伤的早期血脑屏障有显著影响,是颅脑火器伤的二次创伤,应进行相关的防治措施。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of blood-brain barrier (BBB) in early period after craniocerebral missile wound (CMW) in cats in hot and humid environment and to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods CMW animal models of cats were constructed by Carey method. 24 cats were evenly divided into 4 groups: normal control group, single missile wound group, hot and humid environment group and missile wound in hot and humid environment group. Severities of BBB damage were evaluated by measuring the content of Evans blue. Results Vital signs were kept stable at each time point without death; the infiltration of BBB increased slightly but without statistic significance in hot and humid environment group; BBB damaged in single missile wound group and did seriously in missile wound in hot and humid environment group. Conclusion A hot and humid environment was detrimental to cats' BBB after CMW and measures should be taken to alleviate these detrimental effects in the treatment of CMW.
