盐酸贝尼地平联合美托洛尔治疗老年高血压临床研究

目的探讨盐酸贝尼地平联合美托洛尔治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效及对靶器官的影响。方法对52例老年原发性高血压患者口服盐酸贝尼地平2mg.d^-1及美托洛尔25mg.d^-1.Bid,疗程12w。治疗前后进行动态血压监测,并记录24h平均血压、24h脉压、24h血压负荷、血压变异率、夜间血压下降率,24h尿微量白蛋白,内生肌酐清除率、射血分数、颈动脉内径等参数。结果治疗12w末与治疗前比较,24h平均血压、24h脉压、血压负荷及血压变异率明显降低（P均〈0.01）;夜间血压下降率,内生肌酐清除率及射血分数均有显著增高（P均〈0.01）,尿微量白蛋白及颈动脉内径明显减小,差异均有极显著性（P〈0.01）。结论盐酸贝尼地平联合美托洛尔治疗老年高血压疗效显著,对靶器官有一定的保护作用。

Clinical studies of benidipine hydrochloride combining metoprolol in senile hypertension

Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of benidipine hydrochloride combining metoprolol in senile hypertension and its effects on target organs.Methods 52 patients with primary hypertension were given oral benidipine hydrochloride 2mg daily and metoprolol 25mg/d,twice daily for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was conducted,and such parameters as 24 hour MBP,PP and BP burden as well as the BP aberration rate,the BP subside rate int noct,24 hour urine trace albumin(URTrAL),creatinine clearance(CrCi),ejection fraction(EF),carotis inner diameter(ACID)and so on were recorded.Results Compared with pre-treatment,at the and of the 12th week 24 hour MBP and PP,the BP burden and BP aberration rate significantly lowered(all P<0.01);the BP subside rate int noct,the CrCi and the EF significantly heightened(all P<0.01),the URTrAL and the ACID obviously diminished and differences were very significant(both P<0.01).Conclusion Benidipine hydrochloride combining metoprolol has significant efficacy in senile hypertension and unvarying protection on target organs.
