| 摘 要： | 目的研究多巴胺对兔剥夺性近视眼（form deprived myopia,FDM）Bruch膜的影响。方法取8只7d龄幼兔,随机选择4只,以其右眼作为剥夺性近视（FD）组,以其左眼作为对照组1;以另外4只幼兔右眼作为多巴胺治疗组,以其左眼作为对照组2。FD组及多巴胺治疗组幼兔均缝合右眼睑,各组左眼均开放。缝合后向FD组玻璃体腔注射20μl 0.9%氯化钠溶液,治疗组玻璃体腔注射20μl多巴胺,而后两组均在球结膜下注射0.2ml庆大霉素和地塞米松混合液,每5d注射1次,共4次。8周后,观察多巴胺对兔剥夺性近视眼赤道前后Bruch膜的影响。结果FD组剥夺性近视眼赤道前后Bruch膜厚度（0.31±0.08）、（0.29±0.17）μm]与对照组1（0.30±0.13）、（0.20±0.06）μm]并无明显差异（均P〉0.05）;多巴胺治疗组剥夺性近视眼赤道前后Bruch膜厚度（0.38±0.08）、（0.42±0.12）μm]均较对照组2（0.30±0.08）、（0.25±0.07）μm]显著增厚（均P〈0.05）。结论多巴胺可以阻止形觉FDM Bruch膜变薄,并有可能使其增厚,但对其超微结构并没有影响。
