应用PDCA循环对糖尿病患者实施家庭护理干预的效果研究

目的应用PDCA循环对糖尿病患者实施家庭护理干预,为糖尿病患者自我保健、自我康复寻找一种新的护理模式。方法将2004年6月-2005年12月在西安交通大学医学院第一、二附属医院诊断为糖尿病的患者80例随机分为干预组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对干预组患者进行定期随访,制定康复计划,督导执行计划,检查执行情况,针对存在问题制定进一步的干预计划,对照组除给予常规宣教及指导外,不做护理干预。对干预后6个月的效果进行比较、分析。结果2组疗效比较,干预组疗效显著,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。干预组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用PDCA循环对糖尿病患者进行康复督导,可提高患者的自我保健能力。

A study on effect of applying PDCA to carry out domestic nursing intervention for patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To apply PDCA cycle to carry out domestic Nursing intervention in Diabetes Mellitus patients, so as to find out a new nursing care model for self-care and self-rehabilitation of diabetes patients. Methods a total of 80 cases male patients with diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into experimental and control group (40 cases each) randomly. Patients in experimental group were given domestic nursing intervention and followed up for a time period. PDCA cycle was applied in the whole course of rehabilitation. Patients in control group were just given routine health education and instruction. Results The therapeutic efficacy of experimental group was remarkably higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusions It is beneficial to enhance self-care ability applying PDCA cycle to guide patients with diabetes mellitus for their rehabilitation.
