能量多普勒与彩色多普勒血流显像检测肝实质肿瘤中血流的对比研究

目的：探讨新型彩色多普勒超声在肝脏肿瘤中的应用。方法：应用彩色多普勒能量图（CDE）新技术与彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）对79例肝脏肿瘤，原发性肝细胞癌（HCC）25例，35个病灶；肝脏转移癌8例，14个病灶，肝血管瘤46例，59个病灶进行了对比研究，结果：CDE与CDFI分别对HCC和肝转移癌的瘤内血流信号检出率有明显差别（85．7％，48．6％，42．8％，28．5％），对肝血管瘤（88．1，49．2％），两者有显著差异（P＜0．01），结论：CDE是较CDFI更敏感的彩色血流显示模式，将CDE技术用于对肝脏肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断明显提高了多普勒血流探测的敏感性。

Comparable study of colorenergy imaging and color dopple flow imaging in detecting the flow of liver parenchymaltumor

Objective:To discuss application of new color doppler ultrasound in liver tumor. Methods: Apply color doppler energy imaging(CDE)and color doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in 79 liver tumor patients include 25 hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients with 35 focuses,8 liver transfer tumor patients with 14 focuses and 46 liver hemangioma patients with 59 focuses to do comparable study. Results: There are significant difference between CDE and CDFI in detecting blood flow signal of hepatocellular carcinoma and liver transfer tumor(85.7%,48.6%,42.8%,28.5%),the same in liver hemangioma(88.1%,49.2%,P<0.01). Conclusion:CDE is of more sensitive flow display mode than CDFI.It raise sensitivity of the flow via CDE in diagnosis and differential diagnosis in liver hemangioma.
