| 摘 要： | 目的 了解大学生对铁路交通伤害（RI）的认识状况和行为差异。方法 采用整群抽样的方式对广州三所大的学生进行问卷调查。结果 调查发现，获得RI相关知识的渠道主要是电视（69．5％）；知识，行为与性别，专业，生源的不同及其家中是否有铁路职工，是否为独生子女等差异有显意义（P＜0．05）；仅15．3％认为RI属于疾病范畴，78．5％认为可以预防。结论 广州地区大学生对RI的认知不足，有关部门应该加强宣传，教育。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status of cognition and behavior difference on railroad injury (RI) among undergraduates in Guangzhou. Methods By cluster sampling, undergraduates of three universities were asked to fill in the questionnaires in Guangzhou. Results Most undergraduates acquired the knowledge of RI by TV programs (69.5%). A comparison made among the undergraduates showed that cognition and behavior were related to the difference in gender, major, place of origin and whether or not any of their family members were employees of the railroad company, or be the only child. Among the undergraduates in Guangzhou, 15.3% considered RI as a disease, 78.5% believed that RI could be prevented. Conclusions The undergraduates in Guangzhou are lack of proper cognition on RI. |
