| 摘 要： | 为了解我国中西部3省农村县，尤其是贫困县CDC应急处置公共卫生突发事件的能力，采用定量与定性相结合方法于2004年对青海、云南、江西3省116个县CDC进行了问卷抽样调查和6个国家级贫困县的定性调查，发现其整体的应急能力脆弱，尚不能适应疾控服务和应急处置的需求，并提出若干完善的建议。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the capacity of emergency handing in public health event of county CDCs, especially for poor counties in middle and western region of China. The sampling guestionnaire survey of 116 county CDCs and qualitative study of 6 poor counties were carried out in Qinghai,Yunnan, Jiangxi provinces in 2004. The findings showed that the capacity of emergency handing in studied counties was weak in general, it could not meet the needs of disease control and prevention and emergency handing. Some improvement suggestions were presented as well. |
