| 摘 要： | 目的：评价阻生牙CT三维重建在口腔正畸诊断中的应用。方法：收集伴有阻生牙需进行正畸治疗病例33例36个牙,通过CT三维重建对阻生牙的发育形态及位置进行诊断,比较CT三维重建与普通X线片在诊断阻生牙中的差异。结果：36个阻生牙都能通过CT三维重建明确其发育状况以及在颌骨中的三维位置,普通X线片仅25个（69.4%）能完全明确阻生牙状况。结论：CT三维重建在阻生牙口腔正畸诊断中具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:to analyse the value of three dimensional reconstructive CT in orthodontic treatment of impacted teeth. Method:36 cases were colleced from January 2006 to January 2008. Three dimensional reconstructive CT was used to make diagnosis and appropriate therapy methods were underwent based on the diagnosis.
