胃必欢颗粒对功能性消化不良大鼠胃窦黏膜CGRP和SP影响的实验研究

目的　探讨胃必欢颗粒在胃感觉过敏中的作用以及治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的作用机制。方法　用免疫组化法检测近端胃黏膜中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、P物质(sub stanceP ,SP)阳性纤维的平均灰度值。结果　模型组大鼠CGRP的表达和正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,而SP的表达则明显增强(P <0 .0 1) ;胃必欢对CGRP的影响不大,却能使增高的SP表达减少(P <0 .0 1) ;半夏泻心汤可使正常表达的CGRP减少(P <0 .0 1) ,增高的SP表达减少(P <0 .0 1) ;西沙比利能使正常表达的CGRP增强(P <0 .0 1) ,增高的SP表达减少(P <0 . 0 1)。结论　胃必欢颗粒可能通过调节SP的表达,进而改善胃肠功能状态,达到治疗FD的目的。

Experiment study of Weibihuan granule on CGRP and SP in gastric antrum mucous membrane of functional dyspepsia rats

Objective: It is to discuss the role of Weibihuan granule in stomach hyperesthesia and the mechanism of Weibihuan granule on functional dyspepsia. Methods The average gray score of CGRP and SP masculine fibrin was detected in proximal gastric antrum mucous membrane with immuno-histochemical method. Results There was no significant difference on CGRP expression between model group and the normal control group (P>0.05), but the SP expression increased obviously (P<0.01). Weibihuan had modicus effect on CGRP but could reduce the higher SP expression (P<0.01). Banxia Xiexin soup could reduce the normal CGRP expression and the higher SP expression (P<0.01). Cisapride could strengthen the normal CGRP expression (P<0.01) and reduce the higher SP expression (P<0.01). Conclusion Weibihuan granule maybe improves the gastrointestinal function to therapy functional dyspepsia through regulating SP expression.
