摘    要:目的:高效液相色谱法测定紫丁香叶中酪醇的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定紫丁香叶中酪醇的含量。色谱柱:SymmetryC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,10μm);流动相:甲醇-0.125%冰醋酸溶液(10:90);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:275nm;柱温:室温。结果:酪醇在0.44—3.52μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为方程Y=616731x-9957.4,r=0.9993;平均回收率为97.83%。结论:该方法准确可靠,适用于紫丁香叶酪醇的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective : To establish a method for the determination of tyrosol in Syringa oblatA Lindl. Leaves. Methods : HPLC was used on Symmetry C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 10um) ; with methand-aceticacid 0. 125% (10:90) as a mobile phase and 1 .0ml/min of flow rate. The detection wavelength was 275nm, and column temperature was room temperature. Results: The calibration curve of tyrosol was linear at the range of 0.44-3.52ug.The regression equation was y = 616731x -9957.4, r = 0.9993. The average recoveries were 98.01%. Condution : The method is highly accurate and reliable, and is suitable for the determination of tyrosol in Syringa oblata Lindl. Leaves.
