血管内皮生长因子和增殖细胞核抗原在膀胱癌中的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）在原发性膀胱移形细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法： 应用免疫组织化学技术检测56例原发性膀胱移形细胞癌和10例正常膀胱组织中VEGF和PCNA的表达,并分析VEGF和PCNA与膀胱癌病理分级和临床分期的关系.结果： VEGF和PCNA在正常膀胱组织中不表达,而在膀胱癌组织中表达较强并与肿瘤的病理分级和临床分期密切相关.结论： VEGF和PCNA可促进膀胱癌的血管生成和细胞增殖.膀胱癌组织中VEGF和PCNA的测定有可能成为判断膀胱癌预后的一个指标.

Clinical Significance of Expressions of VEGF and PCNA in Bladder Cancer

Objective: To evaluate clinical significance of expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and proliferating cell unclear antign(PCNA) in bladder cancer.Methods: The expressions of VEGF and PCNA by immunohistochemical staining were examined in 56 cases of primary bladder transitional carcinoma(TCC) and 10 subjects with normal urothelium.The relation of its expression to the pathological grade and clinical stage was analyzed.Results: The expressions of VEGF and PCNA were negative in all normal bladder tissue but high in bladder cancer.The expressions of VEGF and PCNA were closely related to tumor cell pathological grade and clinical stage.Conclusion: This study indicated that VEGF and PCNA were positively correlated with the occurrence and progression of bladder cancer.VEGF and PCNA were able to induce tumor angiogenesis and accelerate tumor growth.Quantifications of VEGF and PCNA may provide a valuable marker for a predictor of prognosis of patients.
