葛根素与胞二磷胆碱治疗椎-基底动脉性眩晕的疗效

目的：观察葛根素与胞二磷胆碱治疗椎－基底动脉性眩晕的疗效，及对患者血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法：选择中老年椎－基底动脉供血不足性眩晕急性发作期患者80例，随机分为两组，治疗组给予胞二磷胆碱0．75g，葛根素注射液400mg。分别加入生理盐水250mL中静滴，1次／d。对照组给予丹参注射液20ml加生理盐水250mL静滴，1次／d。两组均连用14d。结果：治疗组眩晕、恶心、呕吐等症状消失时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05），有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），且治疗后总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、血液流变学明显改善（P〈0．05），收缩期和舒张期末血流速度明显加快（P〈0．01）。结论：葛根素联合胞二磷胆碱可有效控制椎－基底动脉性眩晕的急性发作，对血液流变学、血脂和椎一基底动脉血流速度也有明显改善。

CNINICAL ANALYSIS OF HYPOGLYCEMIA IN 58 CASES WITH DIABETES

Objective： It is to observe the curative effect of Puerarin injection combined with Citicoline on vertigo induced by insuffi- cient blood - supply of vertebral - basilar artery and its effect on blood fat and hemorheology in patients. Methods ：80 cases of.patients with vertigo induced by insufficient blood - supply of vertebral - basilar artery in acute onset stage were chosen and divided into two groups. Treatment group was given Puerarin 400rag ＋ normal saline 250ml and Citicoline 0.75g ＋ normal saline 250ml by intravenous drip once a clay. Control group was given Danshen injection 20ml normal saline 250ml by intravenous drip once a day . Both the groups were treated for 14 days. Results：Disappearing time of symptoms such as vertigo nausea and vomit was shorter and effective rate was higher in treatment group than those in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） . TC,TG and indexes of hemorheology were improved obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and blood flow speed in systolic and diastolic phase was faster in treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Puerarin injection combined with Citieoline can effectively inhibit the acute onset of insufficient blood - supply of vertebral - basilar artery, and has a obvious improvement function on hemorheology, blood fat and blood flow speed of vertebral - basilar artery.
