黄芪多糖对2型糖尿病大鼠抵抗素基因表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨黄芪多糖对2型糖尿病(2-diabetes mellitus,2-DM)大鼠抵抗素(resistin)基因表达的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、黄芪多糖高、中、低剂量治疗组。用药12周后,RT—PCR检测resistinmRNA基因表达水平。结果:黄芪多糖高、中剂量治疗组resistinmRNA表达低于模型组(P〈0.01)。结论:黄芪多糖可降低2型糖尿病大鼠resistinmRNA表达。

EFFECT OF ASTRAGALUS POLY SACCHARIDES ON GENE EXPRESSION OF RESISTIN IN TYPE 2DIABETES MELLITUS RATS

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of astragalns poly saceharides on insulin resistance of rats with type 2diabetes, the expression of resistinmRNA. Methods:The rats model with Type 2 diabetes were induce by high calorie feeding and small dose injection of STZ. Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group and high,middle,low doses of APS groups. The mRNA Expression of resistin was metered by RT -PCR at the end of 12 weeks. Results:The mRNA expression of resistin gene decreased in the middle and high doses of Alas groups. Conclusion:APS can decrease insulin resistance by decreasing mRNA expression of resistin gene in 2 - DM rats.
