MHC与HSP70在胃癌组织中表达的意义

目的 探讨MHC和HSP70在胃癌组织中的表达,并探讨二者的相关性.方法 采用免疫组织化学sABC法,检测40例胃癌及8例非胃癌组织中MHC和HSP70的表达情况.结果 (1)MHC、HSP70在正常胃黏膜和肿瘤组织之间的表达有显著性差异(P＜0.01);(2)MHC的低表达与胃癌组织分化程度,淋巴结转移关系密切(P＜0.01);HSP70的高表达与胃癌组织分化程度,淋巴结转移关系密切(P＜0.05);(3)MHC、HSP70在癌组织中的表达具有负相关性(P＜0.01).结论 MHC和HSP70的表达与胃癌组织分化程度,淋巴结转移密切相关,二者具有负相关性,提示MHC和HSP70可能在胃癌的分化和转移中有一定作用.

Expression and significance of MHC and HSP70 in gastric carcinoma

Objective To explore the expression of MHC and HSP70 in gastric carcinoma tissue and the relationship between MHC and HSP70. Methods To examine the expression of MHC and HSP70 by using immunohistochemistry technique in 40 cases of gastric carcinoma and 8 cases of non-gastric carcinoma. Results The expression of MHC, HSP70 both had significant differences between the gastric carcinoma and non-gastric carcinoma specimens (P< 0.01 ). The overexpression of HSP70 and the low expression of MHC were significantly related with degree of differentiation, and lymph node metastasis (P< 0.05 ). In addition, there is a significant correlation between MHC and HSP70 in gastric cancer (P< 0.01 ). Conclusion The expression of MHC and HSP70 is significantly related with degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer and they have positive correlation with each other, which indicates that they may play roles in differentiation and metastasis of gastric cancer.
