阿罗洛尔治疗混合性心绞痛的疗效

目的:探讨阿罗洛尔对冠心病混合性心绞痛的治疗效果.方法:选择20例混合性心绞痛病人,阿罗洛尔10mg bid,po,共4wk,治疗前后进行活动平板运动试验,观察心绞痛疗效及运动耐量.结果:阿罗洛尔能显著缓解心绞痛,显效率45%,总有效率达85%;心绞痛发作频率、持续时间和硝酸甘油消耗量均显著下降(P均<0.01);总运动时间、至发生心绞痛时间和ST段压低1mm时间均显著延长(P均<0.01);并降低最高运动负荷时心率血压乘积(P<0.01).此外,可明显减慢静息心率(P<0.01).对血液生化指标无明显影响,未见严重不良反应.结论:阿罗洛尔抗心绞痛作用可靠,可提高运动耐量.

Clinical studies of arotinolol in the treatment of mixed angina pectoris

AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of arotinolol in the treatment of mixed angina. METHODS: 20 patients with mixed angina pectoris were selected and treated with arotinolol l0mg , po, bid for 4 weeks. Treadmill exercise test using the NCVC protocol was performed before and after treatment. RESULTS: Arotinolol alleviated angina significantly and the total effective rates reached 85%. It reduced the frequency of angina attacks, persistent time and the dose of nitroglycerin usuage (P<0. 01). It also prolonged total exercise time,exercise time to occurrence of angina and exercise time to 1mm ST segment depression (P<0. 01). Furthermore, it reduced the rate-pressure product at the maximal workload (P<0. 01). Moreover, it decreased the resting heart rate (P<0. 01) .CONCLUSION-ArotinoloPs anti-angina effects are reliable. It improves exercise capacity, with few side effects. It is worth clinical application.
