| Abstract: | Stem cell transplantation is becoming a novel method to treat diabetes, which overcomes some disadvantages of traditional therapies. The article reviewed the biological characteristics of stem cells and discussed the advantages, investigation status and development tendency of utilizing stem cells from various origins for diabetes therapy. |
