| 摘 要： | 目的 应用自行设计的ARRIF对28例胸腰段单个椎体的爆裂型骨折进行切开复位内固定,观察其复位固定效果以及并发症等。方法 从复位结果、手术时间、术中出血量及并发症的发生等方面进行观察,了解ARRIF的临床效果。结果 AR-RIF的手术时间较AF、Dick钉短,术中出血量也较少,未见断钉、断杆及拔钉等并发症。结论 ARRIF能很好地对胸腰段单个椎体的爆裂型骨折进行复位和固定,是一种固定较为确实的经椎弓根内固定器。

| Abstract: | Objective Applied self - designed ARRIF to cure the 28 cases of single different thoracic - lumbar burst spine fracture, observing the reduction - fixation results and complications etc. Methods It was observed that the reduction - fixation results and operation time and the volume of bleeding and the incidence post - operation complication. The clinical results of ARRIF was well comprehended. Results The operation time of ARRIF was shorter than AF and Dick, and the less volume of bleeding during operation. ARRIF had no complications of the breakage of screws and rods. Conclusion ARRIF is a kind of valid transpedicular internal fixators and can quite reduce and fix the single different thoracic- lumbar burst spine fracture. |
