| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝外胆管结石微创治疗意义。方法：自1998年8月-2007年1月，152例肝外胆管结石患者采用阶梯方案应用十二指肠镜、腹腔镜、胆道镜进行微创治疗。观察术后结果和住院时间。结果：152例治疗全部成功，无严重并发症。术后住院时间短。结论：微创治疗肝外胆管结石疗效安全、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of micro-traumatic treatment of choledocholithiasis. Method 152 patients with choledocholithiasis were crued by choledochoscopy, laparoscopy and duodeoscopy from August 1998 to January 2007. The postoperative recovered conditions and length of stay were observed. Results 152 patients all got the satisfactory outcome. No serious complications occured. Length of stay after operation was shortened. Conclusion Multiple endoscopies is practicable and safe in the treatment of choledocholithiasis. |
