Abstract: | Relapsing polychondritis is rare in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). We report a case of classical RA with relapsing polychondritis. Nasal septal chondritis resulted in cartilage collapse and a characteristic saddle nose deformity. HLA typing of the patient showed the presence of HLA-DR4 antigen. |
