中药治疗胃癌癌前病变的相关药理作用机理

Pharmacological Mechanism of Treating Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Through promoting the defensive factor of gastric mucosa barrier,regulating gastrointestinal motility,preventing bile regurgitation,anti-Helicobacter pylori(HP) therapy,regulating immune function,reversing the over-proliferation of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC),regulating the expression of cell cycle regulator,preventing the development of PLGC,increasing the expressions of tumor suppressor genes,decreasing the expressions of related oncogenes and ICAM-1 protein,traditional Chinese medicine can significantly relieve the symptoms of PLGC patients,reverse the pathologic changes of PLGC.In order to decrease the incidence of gastric carcinoma,it is very important to improve the treatment of PLGC and prevent the development of PLGC.
