| 摘 要： | 目的 利用HRCT和纤维支气管镜检查对支气管内膜结核的诊断进行对比分析。方法 利用GE HiSpeed CT扫描机对20例支气管内膜结核患者对病变区行HRCT扫描，层厚1mm，层间距1mm，螺距1．5。20例患者均行纤维支气管镜检查及活检或刷检。结果 经HRCT诊断支气管内膜结核17例（占85％），经纤维支气管镜检查诊断18例（占90％），2例手术病理证实。其中浸润型6例，溃疡型4例，增生型3例，瘢痕狭窄型7例。结论 纤维支气管镜检查是诊断支气管内膜结核最有效的方法，可以直接观察支气管腔的病变。HRCT作为无刨性检查，能观察气道病变的部位和范围、气道病变及支气管壁与肺内病变的关系，为纤维支气管镜检查提供有价值的资料。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the diagnostic results of HRCT and fiberbronchoscope with EBTB.Methods GE HiSpeed CT was performed with 1mm at pitch 1.5 and 1mm reconstruction interval in 20 patients with EBTB.20 cases with EBTB proved by fiberoptic bronchoscopy and pathology.Results 17 cases with EBTB proved by HRCT(85.0%),18 cases with EBTB proved by fiberbronchoscope(90.0%),2 cases proved by pathology.Bronchoscopic results showed exudative lesions in 6 cases,granulomatous lesions in 3 cases,ulcerative lesions in 4 cases,cicatricial lesions in 7 cases.Conclusion HRCT may play an important role in detecting the pathological changes of trachea and bronchi,as well as useful mateiral before the fiberoptic bronchoscopy. |
