吸烟与血液流变学及心脑血管疾病的关系

摘    要:按是否吸烟将健康男性124例分为两组,同样按是否吸烟将单纯高粘血症、TIA,冠心病及急性脑梗塞患者共246例分为两组,用NX-5型血粘度计细胞电泳仪测定10项血流变学指标。结果:1.病人组血流变学各项主要指标均显著高于健康人组。表明缺血性心脑血管疾病患者血粘滞因素显著升高;2.健康人中吸烟者的红细胞压积、低切全血粘度、还原粘度和血粘度系数(yss)显著升高,脑血流量显著降低;3.病人组中吸烟者除与健康人吸烟者具有同样的结果外,高切全血粘度、血浆粘度亦显著升高,表明吸烟的病人血粘滞因素升高更甚;4.正常人与缺血性心脑血管疾病患者中,吸烟人数的构成比差异显著,病人组中70.33%是吸烟者。

Abstract:With NX-5 model viscometer of cytological electrophoresis made by Shanghai Medical University,ten hemorrheological parameters of 246 male patients(case group)with simple hyperlipoidemia,TIA,coro- nary heart disease and cerebral infarction were measured and compared with those obtained in 124 healthy males(control group).The patients and controls were all aged above 45.The case-group and control group were both subdivided into smoking and nonsmoking groups.Every parameter in case-group was significantly higher than that in control group,which indicated that the hemorrheological parameters of the patients with cardio- vascular and cerebral vascular diseases were significantly increased.In control group,Hct,viscosity of whole blood at low rate of shear,reduced viscosity,yss,and CBF of smokers were significantly higher than those of nonsmokers.The results showed that the blood viscosity factors were significantly higher even in smokers of control group.Viscosity of whole blood at high rate of shear,plasma viscosity as well as the five parameters mentioned above were significantly higher in smokers of case- group.Smokers comprised 48 percent of total subjects and 70 percent of patients with cardiovascular and cerebral vascular diseases were smokers. The results indicated that 1,the blood viscosity in smokers of case- group increased to a larger extent than that of smokers in control group, 2.the smokers were more vulnerable to ischemic cardiovascular and cere- bral vascular diseases.It is suggested that long-term smoking may be cor- related with the increase of blood viscosity.
