层流无菌病房预防白血病患儿院内感染的分析

目的：探讨层流无菌病房预防白血病患儿医院感染的感染率，为层流无菌病房在临床推广应用提供理论依据。方法：采用列表研究方法，将50例白血病患儿，分为观察组和对照组各25例。观察组接受层流无菌病房保护，对照组住普通病房接受常规治疗。观察两组患儿的医院感染次数及部位。结果：观察组的感染率、感染严重程度均显著低于对照组。观察组的感染率为20％，对照组为68％（P〈0．05），观察组的呼吸道、口腔黏膜、消化道、肛周感染以及败血症的发生率均低于对照组。结论：对白血病患儿实施层流无菌病房的保护，可以产生良好的临床效果，减轻患儿的痛苦。

Analysis of effect of aseptic wards on preventing hospital infection in leukeia chilldren
