灯盏花素对肝损伤自由基和微循环障碍的作用

摘    要:目的研究灯盏花素对肝缺血再灌注损伤自由基和微循环的影响。方法健康家兔24只,随机分为正常对照组,模型组,灯盏花素用药组,每组8只。复制肝缺血再灌注损伤模型,检测缺血前、缺血45 min、再灌注60 min时血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)含量。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组ALT、MDA、ET升高;SOD、NO降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与模型组比较,灯盏花素用药组(Bre)ALT、MDA、ET降低;SOD、NO升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论灯盏花素预处理可通过清除氧自由基,改善NO、ET水平,对兔肝缺血再灌注损伤起到保护作用。

Effect of Breviscapine on oxygen radicals and microcirculation In hepatic injury

Abstract:Objective To explore the protective effect of Breviscapine on liver ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury and its possible mechanism in rabbits.Methods The HIRI model was used.Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into control group(n=8),model group(n=8)and Bre(5mg)group(n=8).The ALT、SOD、MDA 、NO and ET activity in serum were measured before ischemia and at ischemia 45 min,reperfusion 60 min.Results Model group showed significantly higher ALT,MDA,ET levels and lower SOD,NO levels than that of the control group;ALT,MDA and ET were decreaed while SOD and NO increased in Bre group compared with those in model(P0.05).Conclusion Breviscapine has protective effects on liver I/R injury in rabbits,which is due to its scav-enging of oxygen free radicals and improving the level of NO/ET.
