爱维治加复方丹参治疗脑动脉硬化性眩晕

目的：探索爱维治（Ａｃｔｏｖｅｇｉｎ）对脑动脉硬化性眩晕的疗效。方法：７８例以眩晕为主要表现的脑动脉硬化病人，其中４０例用爱维治注射液２０ｍＬ（含８００ｍｇ）与复方丹参注射液１６ｍＬ分别加入５％葡萄糖液２５０ｍＬ静脉滴注，ｑｄ，２ｗｋ为一个疗程。另３８例用复方丹参注射液１６ｍＬ加入５％葡萄糖液２５０ｍＬ静脉滴注，ｑｄ，２ｗｋ作为对照。结果：治疗组总有效率９３％，对照组为６１％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：联用爱维治与复方丹参治疗脑动脉硬化性眩晕的疗效优于单用丹参。

Actovegin plus Salvia miltiorrhiza in treating vertigo of cerebral arteriosclerosis

AIM: To explore the therapeutic effect of Actovegin on vertigo of cerebral arteriosclerosis. METHODS: In 78 patients with vertigo of cerebral arteriosclerosis, 40 patients were treated with Actovegin injection 20 mL (800 mg) and Salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection 16 mL in 5% glucose 250 mL, iv drip, qd, for 2 wk. Other 38 patients were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection 16 mL in 5% glucose 250 mL, iv drip, qd, for 2 wk as control. RESULTS: The total effective rates were 93% in treatment group, and 61% in control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Actovegin plus Salvia miltiorrhiza was better than Salvia miltiorrhiza alone in treating vertigo of cerebral arteriosclerosis.
