摘    要:目的:检测38例缺血缺氧性脑病患儿周血免疫球蛋白、C3、T淋巴细胞亚群,IL-2及SIL-2R。方法:血清免疫球蛋白、补体C3、T淋巴细胞亚群SIL-2R以及IL-2活性分别采用单向免疫扩散法,APAAP、MTT比色法以及ELISA法。结果:与对照组比较,血清IgM及补体C3、CD3、CD4以及CD4/CD8和IL-2明显降低(P〈0.01)。而SIL-2R值明显升高(P〈0.01),CD6细胞无

Abstract:Objective: To detect the serum immunoglobin (Ig), complement C3, T lymphocyte subsets, interleukin-2 (IL-2) and serum soluble IL-2 receptor (SIL-2R) of peripheral blood in 38 cases with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Method: Using single immunodiffusion test, MTT, APAAP and ELISA to detect the level of serum Ig, C3, SIL-2R, IL-2 and T lymphocyte subsets. Results: The serum level of IgM, complement C3, CD3 and CD4, together with CD4 / CD8 and IL-2, obviously decreased in the patients with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (test group) in comparison with those in the control group (P < 0.01). The SIL-2R significantly increased in the test group (P < 0.01) while CD8 did not show a prominent change (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The immune function is impaired in the neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIF).
