| 摘 要： | 目的 筛选家蝇血淋巴中抑制各种病原体的抗菌肽。方法用多种病原体及药物来刺激家蝇幼虫，诱导其产生抗菌肽，把其中部分加热，用诱导出的抗菌肽进行抑菌试验。结果所提取的抗菌肽均有抗菌成份，但效果不一。结论诱导源不同可产生不同的抗菌成份，加热后的抗菌成份有所破坏。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To isolate the antimicrobial peptid es from.Methods Several pathogens and chemicals were used to induce the production an timicrobial peptides from Musca domestica.The collected samples were tested f or antimicrobial activity.Result All the extracts have various degree of antimicrobial activity.Conclusions Different antimicrobial peptides could be induced by different agents.The antimi crobial activities are heat unstabl e. |
