| 摘 要： | 64例发热期入院的流行性出血热病人,随机分为两组,每组32人.对照组采用综合治疗措施,治疗组除综合治疗措施外,加用654-2(40mg/日,静滴).治疗结果表明,少尿期越期率治疗组高于对照组(p<0.05);尿蛋白消失时间及血小板恢复正常时间治疗组少于对照组;治疗组全部治愈,对照组病死率为9.4%.说明654-2治疗流行性出血热有疗效.

| Abstract: | Sixty-four cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) were randomly divided into 2 groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with synthetic therapy, while in therapeutic group, 654-2 was added (40mg/day, intravenous instillation) besides the synthetic therapy. The result shows that the crossed rate of oliguric phase in therapeutic group was higher than that of control group. The time albuminuria disappeared and thrombocyte returned to normal is more rapid than that of the control group, therapeutic group was fully cured, the death rate of the control group was 9.4%. It indicated that 654-2 has marked effect in the treatment of EHF. |
