两种换药方法对PICC感染发生率的影响

[目的]通过改进换药方法,加强白血病病人PICC置管后的维护,降低和避免导管感染的发生率,延长导管留置时间。[方法]将已行PICC置管的病人分为两组,常规组(传统方法换药)62例,改良组(改良后的换药方法换药)70例。比较两组病人导管感染的发生率,管留置时间。[结果]改良组导管感染率明显低于常规组;导管留置时间明显长于常规组。[结论]改进后的换药方法提高了病人生存质量,值得在临床上推广。

Influence of two different ways of dressing change on infection rate of patients accepted PICC

Objective: By modifying method of dressing change, to strengthen post-tube-indwelling care of leukemia patients after underwent PICC, to lower or avoid the occurrence of catheter infection, and to prolong tube-indwelling duration for them. Method: A total of 132 patients underwent PICC catheter indwelling had been divided into control (traditional dressing change, 62 cases) and test group (modified dressing change, 70 cases). Then both catheter infection rate and catheter indwelling period between the two groups cases were compared. Result: The catheter infection rate of the test group cases is lower than that of control group. And catheter indwelling period in test group is longer than that of control group. Conclusion: Modified dressing change method has enhanced quality of life of patients, which is worth to popularize in clinic.
