| 摘 要： | 目的]观察益肾解毒通络汤及补肾安神汤治疗气阴两虚型IgA肾病疗效比较。方法]选择我院2012年1月至2013年6月收治的IgA性肾病患者40例,将其随机分为两组,益肾解毒通络汤组20例,补肾安神汤组20例,治疗4周为1个疗程。结果]治疗2个疗程比较疗效,两组相关指标均明显得到改善(P<0.05),治疗后益肾解毒通络汤组其总有效率、中医症候积分、CO2CP、UA、SCr、BUN等均明显优于补肾安神汤组(P<0.05)。结论]益肾解毒通络汤疗效优于补肾安神汤,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Decoction and kidney Anshen Decoction in the treatment of Qi and yin deficiency type IgA nephropathy curative effect comparison.Methods]To our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 June were IgA nephropathy patients with 40 cases,divided them into two groups,Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group 20 cases,20 cases of kidney Anshen Decoction group,with 4 weeks of 1 courses.Results]After 2 courses of treatment to compare the efficacy,two groups of related indexes were significantly improved(P < 0.05),after treatment of Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group,the total efficiency,symptom scores,CO2CP,UA,SCr,BUN were significantly better than the kidney Anshen Decoction group(P < 0.05).Conclusion]Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Decoction curative effect is better than that of kidney Anshen Decoction,worthy of clinical application. |
