三种小儿安全型静脉留置针采血方式的对比研究

目的:比较小儿安全型静脉留置针穿刺的不同静脉采血方法的优劣,寻找最佳采血方式。方法:选择我院儿科2012年1～6月新入院患儿271例,均采用静脉留置针采血,将其随机分成三组,A组93例,B组96例,C组82例。A组使用安全型静脉留置针通过采血针头连接真空采血管采血,B组使用安全型静脉留置针连接注射器采血,C组使用安全型静脉留置针自流式采血。比较三组一次性采血成功率、采血合格率、工作人员手污染率等指标。结果:A组一次采血成功率、采血量合格率高于B组和C组(P<0.01),工作人员手污染率低于B组和C组(P<0.01)。结论:小儿安全型静脉留置针连接真空采血管采血可以提高一次性采血成功率,降低采血量不准确、血标本溶血、凝固现象的发生,以及减少医源性污染的发生。

Comparative study on three kinds of blood collection methods of pediatric safety venous indwelling needle

Objective：To compare pediatric safety of intravenous indwelling needle puncture and advantages and disadvantages of different methods for venous blood collection,search the optimal blood collection method.Methods：In our hospital from January to June in 2012,271 cases of children with venous indwelling needle blood were randomly divided into three groups,93 cases in group A,96 cases in group B,82 cases in group C.Group A from the safety of intravenous indwelling needle through blood collection needles connected vacuum blood collection tube blood collection,group B used the safety of intravenous indwelling needle syringe blood,group C used safe self-vein indwelling needle for blood collection.Compared three groups of disposable blood collection success rate,blood sampling pass rate,staff hand contamination rate indicators.Results：The success rate of blood collection,blood qualified rate in group A were higher than the group B and group C（P＆lt;0.01）,staff hand contamination rate lower than that in group B and group C（P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion：Connect the vacuum vessel blood can increase the success rate of one-time blood safety venous indwelling needle in children,reduce blood volume is not accurate,blood specimen hemolysis,solidification phenomena,and decrease the incidence of iatrogenic pollution.
