干细胞移植治疗肝硬化的研究进展

目的 说明干细胞移植是目前临床治疗肝硬化的一种最前沿技术,它可以分化成熟肝细胞而替代受损的肝脏组织发挥功能,从而改善患者临床症状,提高患者生存质量.方法 利用计算机在PubMed、CNKI、万方数据库中检索2000-2012年关于干细胞移植的相关文章,初检得到283篇文献,根据纳入标准选择20篇文章进行综述.结果 通过对干细胞移植从基础及临床研究方面最新进展的了解,显示干细胞移植治疗肝硬化效果可靠.结论 目前国内外在治疗肝硬化方面的方法有多种,但肝细胞移植治疗的前景广阔,有待进一步开发研究.
