康惠尔溃疡粉及3 M无痛保肤膜在肠造瘘患儿造口周围受损皮肤护理中的应用

目的:探讨康惠尔溃疡粉及3M无痛保肤膜在肠造瘘患儿造口周围受损皮肤护理中的应用效果.方法:选择2007年8月～2011年8月肠造瘘造口周围皮肤受损患儿60例,将患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组使用康惠尔溃疡粉及3M无痛保肤膜护理肠造瘘患儿造口周围受损皮肤,对照组采用常规氯锌油及保鲜膜护理肠造瘘患儿造口周围受损皮肤,观察两组患儿造口周围受损皮肤恢复情况.结果:观察组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:应用康惠尔溃疡粉及3M无痛保肤膜能使水蒸气和氧气透过皮肤,更有效地促进了造口周围受损皮肤的恢复,且操作方便、简单,值得临床推广应用.

Application of comfeel ulcer powder and 3 M painless skin membrane in intestinal fistula patients around the stoma damaged skin care

Objective：To investigate the application effect of comfeel ulcer powder and 3 M painless skin membrane in intestinal fistula patients around the stoma damaged skin care.Methods：From August 2007 to August 2011,chose the intestinal fistula peristomal skin damage in children with 60 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,the observation group used comfeel ulcer powder and 3 M painless nursing of colostomy patients skin membrane damaged skin around the stoma,the control group used conventional zinc chloride oil and wrap around the stoma nursing colostomy patients damaged skin around the stoma,observed two groups of children with skin damage recovery.Results：The curative effect of observation group was better than control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The application of comfeel ulcer powder and 3 M painless skin membrane can be made of water vapor and oxygen permeability of the skin,to more effectively promote the recovery of damaged skin around the stoma,and the operation is convenient and simple,it is worthy of clinical application.
