| 摘 要： | 目的:总结肝移植术后胆管狭窄患者介入治疗的护理.方法:本组肝移植术后胆管狭窄接受介入治疗患者21例,回顾分析临床资料,总结术后护理要点.结果:21例患者中20例成功接受了介入治疗.21例患者共接受介入治疗1 15次,所有患者术后均经治疗和护理康复出院.结论:加强肝移植术后胆管狭窄患者介入治疗的护理,对促进患者术后康复以及保证介入治疗的疗效极其重要.

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize the interventional therapy nursing of patients with biliary stricture after liver transpbantation.Methods：The group of liver transplantation biliary stricture accepted the interventional treatment of 21 patients with review analysed the clinical data,summarized postoperative nursing points.Results：20 cases of the 21 patients were successfully treated with interventional procedures.All the 21 patients were treated with 115 interventional procedures,and discharged after treatment and careful nursing.Conclusions：It is important to strengthen the interventional therapy nursing of patients with biliary stricture after liver transplantation,can promote the rehabilitation of patients and ensure the effect of interventional therapy. |
