成功老龄的概念分析：护理新视野

目的通过文献回顾，分析成功老龄的相关概念，对成功老龄的发展、属性、前因、后果及实证性参考资料进行系统分析。从护理学的角度确定中国老年人成功老龄的概念。方法选取中国知网、万方、CINAHL、PubMed等数据库，检索2000一2012年的相关文献，采取Walker和Avant的概念分析方法进行分析。结果通过分析相关文献并结合中国社会文化特点，从护理学的角度归纳出中国成功老龄的概念：老年人能够适应随年龄增长而发生的机体生理功能逐渐衰退的改变，同时能够和家庭及周边环境保持和谐的关系，感受到生活的乐趣和意义，对目前生活状态满意。结论此定义着眼于整体的、多维的观点，符合护理学以人为本、整体护理的宗旨。为中国老年护理教育、研究及发展护理理论提供强有力的概念支持，并为施行循证护理，制定老龄策略。促进老年健康提供理论指导。

Concept Analysis of Successful Aging:A New Perspective for Nursing

Objective To explore the concept of successful aging from nursing perspective through reviewing literatures on successful aging. Methods Walker and Avant＇s concept analysis method was used to analyze related articles from CNKI, Wanfang, CINAHL, PubMed, etc. Results Successful aging was defined as a favorable outcome perceived by seniors and the ability to adapt to the changes of body function related to aging, while having a sense of pleasure and meaningful life. Meanwhile, harmonious relationship with family and society and satisfaction with current life plays a critical role. Conclusion This concept was defined from a multidimensional perspective, and is congruent with human-centered, holistic nursing practice. It provides theoretical foundation for further geriatric nursing education, research and evidence-based practice.
