摘    要:目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性与不同类型脑梗死的关系。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法及PCR-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性技术分别检测脑血栓形成、腔隙性脑梗死患者及健康对照者的血浆Hcy水平及MTHFR C677T基因多态性。结果脑血栓形成患者的TT基因型及T等位基因频率均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),脑血栓形成及腔隙性脑梗死患者血浆Hcy水平均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论血浆Hcy水平升高是脑血栓形成及腔隙性脑梗死的危险因素。MTHFR基因677TT型可引起血浆Hcy水平升高,是脑血栓形成的危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine ( Hcy), polymorphisms of the MTHFR gene and different types of cerebral infarction. Methods 68 paitents with cerebral thrombosis ,60 paitents with lacunar infarction and 50 controls were studied. The levels of Hcy were measured by fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA), MTHFR gene polymorphisms were determined by PCR and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR- RFLP). Results The frequencies of TI' genotype and T allele were significantly higher in paitents with cerebra/thrombosis than those in controls (P 〈 O. 05 ). The levels of Hey wree significantly higher in paitents with cerebral thrombosis or lacunar infarction than those in controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The rise of Hey in plasma is a risk factor for cerebral thrombo- sis and lacunar infarction . Tr genotype is associated with the rise of Hey in plasma.
