| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部超声检查在氯乙烯接触者职业健康检查中的诊断价值。方法选择职业接触氯乙烯工龄超过1年的作业工人8610名和不接触氯乙烯的工人10628名作对照组,进行腹部二维超声检查并分析结果。结果氯乙烯接触组腹部二维超声发现肝肿大、肝弥漫性病变、脾肿大发生率明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时,接触组随累积接触剂量的增加,肝肿大、肝弥漫性病变、脾肿大发生率有升高的趋势(P<0.01)。结论腹部二维超声检查是氯乙烯接触者职业健康检查的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic values of ultrasonography in the occupational health check-up for the vinyl chloride monomer(VCM)producing workers.Methods8610workers who have exposed to VCMfor more than one year were selected as an exposed group and10628workers who did not expose to VCMwere applied as the controlled.They were examined by ultrasongraphy.Results The incidences of hepatomegalia and splenomegalia in exposed group wrer much higher than those in control group.Conclusion Ultrasonography may be one of the important checking ways in the occupational health check-up for the VCM. |
