| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2010年12月收治的34例外伤性骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿患者的资料。结果 34例病人中26例手术治疗,8例保守治疗。愈后良好30例,中或重度残疾2例,死亡2例。结论骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿缺乏典型的临床表现、,且病情常急剧恶化,其诊断主要依赖头颅CT检查,积极手术治疗效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical feature of the epidural hematomas straddling the transverse sinuses（EDHSTS）andm ethods to treat them.Method The clinical data of 34 patients with EDHSTS,who were treated in our department from January,2007a nd December,2010,were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 34 patients,26 were treated by the surgery and 8 by the conservativem ethods.Of 34 patients,30 were recovered well,2 moderately or severely disabilled and 2 patients died.Conclusions There were nod istinctive clinical manifestations and the acute clinical deterioration is common in the patients with EDHSTS,on whom the effect of thep ositive surgery is good. |
