经结肠治疗机联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

目的:评价经结肠治疗机联合柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法:轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎共82例,随机分为经结肠治疗机加SASP治疗组(n=44)和SASP加中药灌肠对照组(n=38),评价治疗前后总的疗效、主要症状、肠镜的改变。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组(68.42%);腹痛、腹泻、黏液血便主要症状变化、肠镜对照两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经结肠治疗机联合SASP治疗UC比SASP加中药灌肠治疗效果好。

Clinical observation of colon therapeutic machine combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of colon therapeutic machine combined with sulfasalazine(SASP)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:Eighty-two patients with mild or moderate UC were divided into groups A(n=44)and B(n=38).The patients in group A were treated with colon therapeutic machine combined with SASP,while those in group B serving as the controls,were treated with SASP and traditional Chinese medicine enema.The total effective rate and the changes of main symptoms and enteroscopy were statistically analyzed.Results:The overall effective rate of group A was 90.91%,which was higher than that of the controls(68.42%).There was significant difference before and after treatment,as well as beween the two groups in the changes of abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus bloody stool and enteroscopy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of colon therapeutic machine and SASP is superior to SASP and traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of UC.
