直肠癌阴道后壁切除后子宫肌瓣即时修复10例

(目的）探讨直肠癌阴道后壁切除后的修复方法。（方法）采用直肠癌与累及的阴道后壁一并切除，即时用子宫带蒂浆肌瓣修复阴道后壁。（结果）10例中除1例因子宫肌瓣血供不佳失败外，其余效果满意。（结论）用带蒂子宫肌瓣修复阴道后壁，取材方便，手术简单易行，对直肠癌系及阴道后壁需切除阴道后壁者可选择此术式修复。

Study of Concurrent Reconstruction after Dissection of Posterior Wall of Vagina Using Serosa Muscular Flap of Uterus with Pedicel

Purpose To study reconstructional method after dissection of posterior wall of vagina infiltrated by rectum cancer. Methods Afterdissection of rectum cancer and Posterior wall of vagina, conotreconstruction was done by using serosa muscular flap of uterus with pedicel.Results Ten female cases were treaed in our hospital by the reconstructional methal, the effects were satisfectory except that one case are failed becauseof iinsufficient blood Supply of the flap. Conclusion If it was needed to dissection the posterior wall of involved vagina by asetum caner, the recostructional method can be chosen because of its siwlicity and feasiblity and easy avaliblity of the flap.
